Luana Slettedahl has 40 years of diversified experience in Capital Markets, GSE and Ginnie Mae Seller / Servicer Requirements, Correspondent Channel execution, mortgage servicing rights (MSR) sales and best execution modeling. During her near 20-year tenure at HomeAmerican Mortgage Corporation she was a member of their Board of Director’s and was the Senior Vice President, Secondary Marketing during a time of production growth up to $3.5 billion.   Responsibilities included: hedging strategy and execution, investor relationships, product development, loan pricing models and the sale of the MSR.  She also had management oversight for Loan Servicing, Quality Control, Compliance, and Post Closing Audit.  Phoenix, a nationally recognized MSR brokerage and valuation firm hired her in 2006 as Senior Vice President of their Transaction Management and Best Execution Group.  In 2010, Luana was hired by Colorado Housing and Finance Authority due to her expertise in MBS securitization, GSE and Ginnie Mae agency knowledge.   Luana works with her clients to set out a strategic direction tied to their consulting needs.   She has provided consulting services in varied business models whether it be Housing and Finance Authorities, Credit Unions or a Community Bank environment.   She presently serves on the Colorado Mortgage Lender Association’s Board of Directors and is their Educational Committee Co-Chair.
