Cancellation Policy
Online Training Policy: Rescheduling and Refunds Instructor Rescheduling: The instructor has the right to request a reschedule of an online training session if unforeseen circumstances arise, or if the scheduled date does not permit their availability. In such cases, the instructor will notify all registered participants as soon as possible and provide alternative dates for the session. Participant Rescheduling: Participants who are unable to attend the scheduled online session may request a reschedule. The instructor will consider all reschedule requests, but rescheduling is subject to availability. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to Respond to Reschedule Requests: If a participant fails to respond to three reschedule requests within a 30-day period, they will forfeit their right to reschedule, and no refund will be issued. The participant will be considered as having missed the class and will not be entitled to further rescheduling or a refund. No Refund Policy for Non-Responses: If a participant does not attend the scheduled class and has failed to respond to the reschedule options provided by the instructor, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This includes failure to attend after multiple attempts to reschedule. This policy ensures smooth management of both instructor and participant schedules while maintaining fairness for all involved parties.
