Service Description
ASK FIN! BlackFin’s ASK FIN service is your ‘personal’ business coach (consultant) when you need it. Dedicated to helping you grow your professional success in today’s’ rapidly changing business world. ASK FIN CLIENTS INCLUDE: Recent College Graduates, Job Seekers, Front Line Employees, Supervisors, Managers, Entrepreneurs, Government Employees, New & Experienced Middle Managers, New & Experienced Executives, & Business Owners (all size businesses). ASK FIN Advanced: • When you need a series of calls to help navigate one or more challenges. • 1 month of support, total 5 hours available support. (we will coordinate your follow up calls) • 1 hour maximum per call (unlimited calls). • Unlimited choice of topics - must choose from available topics on ASK MAX page. • $139.00 -This is not a subscription service - just use us when you need us… -Allow for a minimum of 1 to 2 days before a FIN Advisor may be available to meet with you. -All conversations are strictly confidential between named customer and BlackFin personnel. -Returning customers may request an advisor they’d like to work with again.
Cancellation Policy
ASK FIN Contract Terms: ASK FIN Basic service is 1 Hour Call maximum time per call with a BlackFin Group business advisor, limited to two topics from the topics list available at time of service. ASK FIN Advanced service is 1 Month Advisor Service, 1 hour maximum time per call with a BlackFin Group business advisor, up to 5 hours per month, choose from unlimited topics available at time of service. All conversations are strictly confidential and are bound by a mutually agreed non-disclosure agreement between BlackFin Group LLC and customers. BlackFin Group LLC is held harmless of any advisory outcomes from our ASK FIN service. The Governing law is Colorado should a conflict in service arise. There will be no refunds due to unsatisfied clients. BlackFin is required by law to report to legal authorities either illegal or potentially illegal and inappropriate activities we are made aware of during the course of providing our ASK FIN service. ASK FIN Services does not provide legal, compliance, financial, or tax advisory. ASK FIN Service is limited to advisory services only, BlackFin Group LLC is not obligated to provide any written documentation or deliverables during the course of our ASK FIN service. We are required by law to report either illegal or potentially illegal and inappropriate activities.
